A Big Thank You to Bloomberg!

A big thank you to our friends at Bloomberg and the employee work team that came to Bentley with their helping hands to sort and break down the 1,760 lbs. of non-perishable food provisions and toiletries from our successful food drive at ShopRite in Hillsborough! Amazing team work, always truly a pleasure to work alongside them.  This team also helped sort and breakdown the perishable foods arriving at Bentley!  Thank you to our community volunteers always!

Thank You!

Our recent food drive for non-perishable food provisions and toiletries at ShopRite in Hillsborough was so terrific.  We thank our friends at ShopRite, the shoppers for their generous donations and all of the volunteers for their helping hands.  This collection of non-perishable provisions will help us as we replenish our shelves for weekly distribution to families in our program so they can replenish their shelves in their households. Thank you!

Thankful and Inspiring!

Receiving fresh flowers each week at Bentley makes everyone’s lives brighter and colorful.  One of our families shared mindful and thoughtful photos of how she inspires her family.  Thank you, Rachel for sharing!

Amazing Community of Volunteers – Thank You!

Bentley is so grateful for the community of volunteers offering their helping hands!  Volunteers from the community, along with participant families volunteering, truly is the key for being able to handle 10-12 tons of food provisions Bentley receives monthly! We have community volunteers helping on rotation as well as participant family volunteers helping on rotation, as we practice accountability and volunteerism in the Bentley Community. Thank you for your helping hands! Photo is just a sampling of our many helping hands volunteers.

A Huge Thank you!

A huge thank you to our summer intern Nick!  He started with us again in May as soon as he returned home from college and has helped us in so many ways.  Nick helped and performed all around tasks: driving our box truck picking up provisions, loading and unloading, breaking down sorting through the provisions, breaking down endless boxes, shifting dry goods around inventory and in our cold storage equipment, mowing and weed whacking the grounds and interacting with so many people.  He is off to sports camps and then back to college in several weeks.  Thank you, Nick, for your help and a job well done!  Best wishes for a healthy, safe and successful junior year at college!
