The sour berries can be eaten raw off the bush, but are more frequently processed. They can be found in wine, jam, syrup, juice, soft spreads, tea, salsa, chili starters, extracts, beer, ice cream<span style=\"color: #000000;\">, <a title=\"Gummies\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gummies\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">gummies<\/span><\/a> and <a title=\"Tinctures\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tinctures\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">tinctures<\/span><\/a>.
